His initial visit he spent about an hour setting traps and filling in holes the mice could be using to access the house. About 3 weeks later he followed up with a text checking in. We had caught 3 mice so he came by the next day and set a few more and filled a couple more holes. No complaints from him, very responsive and a nice guy. Great value for the money!"
